RAM Product Warranties: 

All bar cabinets come with a one year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.  

RAM Wine Bar Cabinet Damages: 

Unfortunately from time to time damages occur in the shipping process which is out of our control. Anytime damages occur during shipping please notify our customer service team within 48hrs at contact@homebarsandmore.com. Include photos of damage. 

RAM Courier Shipment Damage Policy:  

We require that you send image(s) of the damaged item when you begin the replacement order process as we will need those images in order to have our claims processed.  Images can be sent to contact@homebarsandmore.com

RAM Buyer’s Remorse Policy: 

If a wine & liquor bar cabinet has been ordered and the cabinet arrives in excellent working condition, and the request to return as is only as a result of personal preference, the customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the wine bar shipped back to our warehouse.

Once the bar cabinet is returned to our warehouse  in good working order, in its original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee.

Important Note on LTL Shipments:  

This home bar cabinet ships LTL, which means Less than Load. The cabinet will ship on a pallet on a semi-truck. 

For LTL shipments, you need to sign the Bill of Lading when receiving your items. Please iinspect the boxes for any damage before signing.

Standard shipping is to your curb. White glove delivery options are also available at checkout. These options include bringing your wine bar cabinet inside to a specified room and also assembly. 


Please be advised that all consignees must be informed to inspect their shipment prior to signing for the delivery. LTL orders must be handled with additional care because the bill of lading is a legal document which specifies that the customer has accepted the shipment and agrees that the condition is reasonable.

All damages MUST be noted on the bill of lading or if badly damaged enough we encourage the shipment to be completely refused. If the item is damaged, you must refuse the delivery due to damage and note it on the bill of lading.

Please ensure that if there are no obvious signs of damage and sign for the pallet by including the words “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” with the signature on the BOL. If you are ever uncertain on what to do with a damaged shipment, please call RAM customer service at 888-876-2931 for assistance.
