RAM Game Room Product Warranties:
All products come with a one year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored. Please email photos to contact@homebarsandmore.com for processing.
RAM Game Room Shipment Damages:
Unfortunately from time to time damages occur in the shipping process which is out of our control. Anytime damages occur during shipping please try notify customer service ASAP, but certainly within 48 hours.
RAM Game Room Courier Shipment Damage Policy:
We require that you send image(s) of the damaged item when you begin the replacement order process. Email images to contact@homebarsandmore.com.
RAM Game Room Buyer’s Remorse Policy:
If a product has been ordered and it arrives in excellent working condition, and the request to return as is only as a result of personal preference, the customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the item shipped back to the RAM warehouse. Once, received in good working order, in the original packaging, RAM can issue a credit, less 25% re-stocking fee.
