Vintage indicates an offering of authentic one-of-a-kind, repurposed products. Because we actively collect these older wares, they are available in quantity. Vintage pieces will always vary in different areas such as size, tone, color, patina and design, depending on the item. We recognize that sometimes you might need to add instructions to your Vintage order, such as to keep items within a certain size range. Blue Ocean Traders has a shipping minimum
This means that Home Bars and More has set a $1800 order minimum for customers in order to place orders from Blue Ocean Traders. Good news, however, is that this price does include any freight charges. More good news, we do offer discounts from time to time. Blue Ocean Traders Policies on Returns or Damages

Please inspect the pallet when it arrives for delivery. If there is noticeable damage, please note this on the Bill of Lading and contact us right away before the truck leaves. Also, please take pictures of the state of the pallet and any visible damage.

You must include photos for a claim to be processed. Regardless the damage is concealed or discovered after you have received and signed for the pallet, please take the following photos to support your claim:
- 1st PICTURE: A photo of the overall piece.
- 2nd PICTURE: A close-up photo of the damage{s}.
- 3rd PICTURE: If there is noticeable damage to any packaging, please take photos before unwrapping the items.
Please submit claims to Home Bars and More immediately via email at info@homebarsandmore.com We have a very short period of time to submit this for you to Blue Ocean Traders. Home Bars and More must submit the claim on your behalf if there is any damage.
If a claim is received more than five days after receipt of shipment, we likely will not be able to process the claim.
When a claim is submitted
Please allow twelve business days for the processing of your claim. Replacements for claims are based on availability when the claim is received. If there is no stock of the item in question, a credit will be issued in the amount charged for that item, or a discount will be offered {in the case of damaged items only}.
The credit amount is to be determined after receipt of the claim form. Credits will be either put towards future purchases or refunded via check. Refunds are issued once merchandise is received back to our warehouse. Blue Ocean Traders does not refund any shipping charges. We will give call tags at Blue Ocean Traders' discretion. Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the total invoice amount, plus the return freight charges.
