Why We Decided to Carry the CTW Home Collection:
The CTW Collection offers a variety of smaller items like barware, kitchen items, and porch decor. This gives our customers another option when stocking their home bars, doing their party planning or creating a charming outdoor space.
Everything on the CTW site that is in stock we can get for you, with the exception of items that ship freight. There is a minimum order amount of $2000 your cost to ship freight. That cost, however, does include shipping and since you're reading this page, we're going to go ahead and give you our 10% discount.

Currently the only freight item we have on the site from CTW is their ever popular Coffee2Go truck with matching Chalkboard.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped UPS from Greensboro, N.C. except for freight orders, which will be shipped to your door via a shipping service. You will be notified via email with your tracking number.
QUALITY:
We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items at exceptional values. In our painted items, we make every attempt to ensure our color is consistent, but slight variations may occur. Because our items are handmade, occasionally there are slight variations in the finished size and color.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS:
We have a toll free customer service line so we may better take care of problems you may have with an order. This toll-free number is 1-800-433-5054. We ask that all claims be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Regretfully, we do not ship replacements by air for shortages or damaged merchandise.

BREAKAGE:
We pack your orders with great care. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, please call our customer service line immediately for instructions. In the event that a UPS claim is made for damage to merchandise, the original packing material must be held for two weeks for inspection by UPS. Please call our customer service line: 1-800-433-5054.
RETURNS:
Please consider all sales final due to pricy restocking fees.
