KETTLER offers free shipping on orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via a carrier of KETTLER's sole discretion. All shipments will be trackable. For parcel shipments, FedEx Ground is the primary service. KETTLER reserves the right to charge a freight surcharge for remote areas and islands. Should you need to change the ship-to address for any reason once the product has been shipped, an additional charge will apply.


When ordering game tables, threshold delivery service will be used.  This service will take the delivery to the first accessible threshold (stipulations may apply depending on the carrier). The threshold height and width must accommodate the size of the shipment. If you have any steps, stairs, elevators or obstacles; the driver will not move the delivery farther than the last point prior to the steps, stairs, elevators or obstacles. This service does not include unpacking or removal of shipping material including pallets.


Most items shipping FedEx depart from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Most items shipping via truck depart from our warehouse within 4-7 business days. If FedEx items are ordered with at least one truck item, the entire shipment will ship truck in 4-7 business days. Placing separate orders for FedEx and truck will allow the FedEx items to ship faster. Shipping times can vary and are not guaranteed.


Transit times can vary and are not guaranteed. For FedEx ground shipments the total shipping and delivery time is about 4-10 business days. For truck shipments the average total shipping and delivery time is about 5-12 business days, however some may take longer.


All orders ship via a carrier with tracking ability. If you created an account during checkout, you can access your order information including your tracking number and carrier. FedEx orders can be tracked at

For other carriers, you can input the tracking number on the carrier's website listed below to track your order. The carrier will contact you to set a delivery appointment (usually by an automated call). Customer must coordinate a delivery time with the truck carrier before they will attempt delivery.  The carrier web links and phone numbers are as follows: 


All orders of $200 and above require a signature upon delivery. Failure to meet the carrier during the scheduled delivery window of time may result in a redelivery charge, or perhaps return freight charges.

Customers assume responsibility of their shipment once shipping is underway. Any orders refused or not taken delivery of, aside from freight damage, will result in a deduction of the return shipping cost from the order refund. This includes failures to respond to the carrier’s phone calls for delivery appointments.  All truck shipments are for curbside delivery. Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Some trucking companies will give a 4-hour window for delivery. Drivers are not required to take product inside a house, or dispose of any pallets or packaging material. The customer is responsible for getting their product to its desired location. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside. If you desire the trucker to assist in unloading or bringing the shipment inside a first floor (inside delivery), an extra charge will be required to the trucking company and you should contact them prior to delivery to arrange the extra service if the carrier provides such service. Due to the size of the truck, the freight company may be unable to access some areas. Should you feel that your required destination is inaccessible to a truck, please contact us prior to placing your order.


It is crucial an adult inspects all cartons for visible signs of damage and note any loss or damage on the delivery receipt in writing before signing or accepting merchandise from the carrier. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt and signed by the recipient. If any defects are found, please address with the delivery service and contact KETTLER immediately. Please report a claim of any shipping damages within two days of delivery by emailing pictures of the damage to Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may result in damage not being covered by KETTLER.


If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us at prior to shipment. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Since we strive to ship orders quickly, you may have to request a return authorization for the orders already shipped. If order has shipped and is cancelled, refused, or cannot be delivered, customer is liable for all return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

KETTLER® Product Care Information 


KETTLER® wrought iron requires minimal maintenance and should be cleaned periodically using a cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water. If used near the sea, we recommend cleaning it before the winter starts as well as an occasional rinse. Never leave the frames standing in water. If scratches or chips should be discovered in the coating, wipe area with a clean cloth and refinish with our aerosol touch-up paint which is available through our parts department. Never use a pressure washer to clean the furniture. 


Aluminum requires minimal maintenance and can be cleaned periodically using a sponge with mild soap and warm water. 


Clean your KETTLER® resin furniture with a mild soap and warm water to ensure long lasting beauty and performance. As with cars or boats, dust, grime and other foreign agents should be washed off ASAP to prevent damage to the finish. For added protection, occasionally apply a coat of car wax (also recommended when first purchased). 


Vacuum or use a soft brush on woven material and cushions to remove organic material and loosen surface soil. Wash with a mild detergent and clean water solution to remove soil. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly before use. 


Clean using a sponge with mild soap and warm water as needed. For especially stubborn stains a soft scrub brush may be used. It’s recommended to simply brush off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics and wiping up spills as soon as they occur. 


All cushions are made from 100% solution dyed acrylics and can be cleaned using a sponge with mild soap and water as needed. For stubborn spots a soft bristle brush may be used. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then air-dry. 


Our products are made to endure the elements but to keep your furniture in its best condition we recommend storing or covering it when not in use for an extended period of time. NEVER use a pressure washer, abrasives, acetone or cleaning agents with chlorine.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied, made by either the distributor or the manufacturer on KETTLER products, except the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in material set out below:

This KETTLER Limited Warranty applies to products sold through the KETTLER Authorized Dealer Network to the original retail purchaser and authenticated by proof of purchase from a retailer located in the United States or Canada. Any shipments made under this warranty will be shipped to the United States or Canada only. Any shipment outside of the United States will be at the sole cost of the customer. This KETTLER Limited Warranty is a manufacturer's warranty and is not changed or modified by additional warranties extended by individual retailers at the point of sale. Manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in material at the time of the product's tender of delivery for a period of X years for residential use and X years for non-residential use (subject to modification for each product). This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, damage and wear to tires, power shocks, drive belts and other non-durable parts). The liability of the manufacturer under this Limited Warranty shall not include any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the defect.

This Limited Warranty is void if the product is damaged by accident, unreasonable use, improper service, failure to follow instructions provided, modification from its original state, or other causes determined not arising out of defects in material.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. The limited warranty provides replacement parts; defective parts will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with the same part or a part of equal value. The limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor and/or repair (with the exception of select fitness machines).

This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligations or liability on the part of the manufacturer. KETTLER neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with such products.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in new condition in the original packaging and unassembled within 30 days of purchase. To return your order:

  1. Contact us at to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. The RA number allows us to identify the product when it is returned to us so we can process your return quickly. Customer service hours are 9:00 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). A return without a RA number could result in the inability of KETTLER to issue a credit.
  2. Write the RMA number on a slip of paper and place it inside the original packaging. Carefully pack the product unassembled in the original packaging and properly seal it, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Also write the RA number on the exterior of the package.
  3. For products being returned through a small parcel service, please be sure to use a secure shipping method that can be tracked. KETTLER® is not responsible for lost items during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received. If the product is for a large item (i.e. Game Table, Fitness Equipment, certain furniture sets), we will assist you in securing a freight company to return the product. This information will be provided when you contact us to obtain the RA number. Any shipping costs incurred by KETTLER associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, our returns department will carefully inspect the product. If any product is not returned in resalable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a customer service associate will notify you before the refund is applied. Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable. Any shipping costs incurred by KETTLER® for the return of the product will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or the product is not properly functioning please contact our parts and service department by emailing or call 866-804-0440. If only a part of the product needs to be replaced or was missing, a replacement part will be promptly shipped out to you at no cost.

In the case that the entire product needs to be replaced as decided by KETTLER, a RA number will be provided and we will issue a shipping carrier call tag to bring the merchandise back to our facility. At the sole discretion of KETTLER, a field destroy may be authorized for a product if deemed appropriate.  Except in the case of small amounts of minor hardware, pictures of the damage part(s) must be provided.

It is crucial that the receiver checks the packaging and item(s) conditions upon delivery and must note any damage on the delivery notice and, if necessary, the shipment should be refused. Please report a claim of any shipping damages within 3 days of delivery by emailing pictures of the damage to Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may result in damage not being covered by KETTLER®.
